Psalm 37:4-5
“Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act.”
I am leaving for England soon-ish! In about 5 1/5 Months I will be leaving on a Jet Plane returning to the country that I left my heart in, 6 years ago. I know I say this all the time, but, my Dear Ones, I am SO excited to go to England! I was thinking about it yesterday and I realized that in less than six months I will be living out the dream and desire of my heart that has been growing for the past six years. The dream that, when I was in Jr. High and High School I shared with my closest friends; to someday live in England, and marry the members of McFly, (honestly, I don’t think the latter dream will come true but, it was fun dreaming about it when we were younger.) But now, not only do I get to live in England for ten months; I get to follow my six years in the making dream of going to Portsmouth, England and helping out at the church and getting involved in the community. I am sad that my friends do not get to come with me, but, I know that God is doing amazing things in their lives, and they are exactly where they are supposed to be. Psalms 37:4-5 is the verse my mom blessed me with while we were in England, and it has become one of the verses that has greatly impacted my life. I hope it does the same for you!
