I bought a British phone... Yay!!! I wanted to get a cheap phone just so I could call my mom and so I could be reachable for the next ten months. I went out searching (with a lot of help from my friends,) for a cheap phone to suit my needs. For just £14.95 ($23.64) I bought my phone (which cost only £4.95 ($7.83)) and pre-paid credit. Pretty awesome. I pretty much am rocking the retro 1990's phone.
Today I went to the Portsmouth Kite Festival. It was actually very awesome. As I was walking around looking at all of the kites, I couldn't help but singing the song, "Let's Go Fly a Kite" from Mary Poppins in my head. You know the one, where they are all flying kites and singing. I think that a kite festival is pretty idyllic of England. Everyone should experience a British Kite Festival. Now I just have to share the song!!
